Help Us Find This Year’s FSU Kickoff Kids
As part of Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare’s (TMH) partnership with Florida State University (FSU), TMH has the opportunity to honor a “Kickoff Kid” on the field at every home football game, and we need your help to find them!
Our Kickoff Kids are children who receive ongoing care at TMH or are graduates of TMH’s neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Do you have or know a child who comes to mind? Share them with us!
How It Works:
- Your family will get four tickets to the game (including one for the Kickoff Kid)
- You’ll get to spend time in FSU’s hospitality tent before the game starts
- All four of your family members (adult or age 11 or younger) will get to go on the field before the game starts; you’ll smile and wave to the camera, which will broadcast onto the jumbotron while the announcer reads about your child and the care they received at TMH
- You and your family will then return to your seats to enjoy the game
To be eligible to be the Kickoff Kid, the child must be between the ages of 3 and 11 years old and have been a pediatric patient or NICU grad at TMH.
Information about the care the child received at TMH is required to be considered.
If your child qualifies and you are interested, please submit the form below by Monday, June 22. Be sure to select all the dates you are available to attend. Families will be randomly selected for each date.
