Tee Off For Tots

Type 1 diabetes, unless carefully managed, can be life-threatening, and there is no cure. Your support of Tee Off for Tots provides funding for TMH Physician Partners – Endocrinology, Obesity & Diabetes (formerly known as the Tallahassee Memorial Metabolic Health Center), which provides early detection, education and treatment programs and helps children as young as age 2 and their families cope with the medical and emotional challenges of this disease.

Tee off for Tots 2023 is in the Books!

The 30th annual Tee Off for Tots, which includes a golf outing, car raffle and social event, came to a close Nov. 5, 2023, with the social at Proctor Honda and the drawing of the car raffle winner.

Although children with Type I diabetes are the big winners, one lucky person had the winning raffle ticket for a 2024 Acura MDX, provided by The Proctor Dealerships.

Congratulations to Mr. James H., of Thomasville, Ga., whose winning ticket was drawn.

All 1,275 car raffle tickets were sold, with net proceeds benefitting children in our community with Type I diabetes. Since its inception, Tee Off for Tots has provided more than $4 million in support to children throughout the Big Bend.

This success would not be possible without our donors, sponsors and car raffle purchasers. Although only one lucky person wins the vehicle, in our eyes, everyone is a winner in that they know they provided their support to children right here in our community!
