About this event
Prepare for your delivery at TMH by taking a tour of the Alexander D. Brickler Women’s Pavilion. Your will visit the Labor and Delivery Unit, Family Care Unit, learn about the Level II and III Neonatal Intensive Care Units and more.To help you prepare for your delivery at TMH, our tour will provide you with information on our security desk check-in, registration and triage assessment processes. You will view a room in our Labor and Delivery Unit (L&D) as your guide explains our L&D procedures including C-section guidelines for the OR and recovery. You will also visit our Family Care Unit and view a postpartum room. You will be provided information on our visitor policy, duration of stay, pain management, skin to skin, breastfeeding, security features and who and what to expect during your visit. Other topics covered are our Level II & III Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU), gift shop, La Belle Breastfeeding Boutique, Sweet Peas Club, lactation, pediatricians and more.
Seats: 1 seat (registration) = 1 mom and 1 support person, Adults Only
Walk-ins will not be admitted, you must register for a seat in the tour.
