About Me
Nick Smith, MD grew up in the town of Allen, TX before attending Texas Tech University where he earned a degree in Cellular/Molecular Biology. He then stayed at Texas Tech to pursue his medical degree. From his time spent working with family physicians in rural/underserved areas, he developed an interest in full-spectrum Family Medicine.
Dr. Nick holds many interests within the grand scope of Family Medicine, including hospital medicine, global health, native health, sports medicine, preventative medicine, and rural medicine. He hopes to practice Family Medicine in an underserved area where he will be able to work in both the inpatient and outpatient setting and include the full-spectrum of Family Medicine within his practice.
In his free time, Nick enjoys working out, playing sports, composing music, as well as experiencing the great outdoors through hiking, surfing, fishing, and paddle boarding.
