Dr. Romero was very friendly and did a great job explaining the benefits and risks to changing my medication. He explained my plan of care clearly so I left the clinic feeling informed.

Dr. Hume literally walked in and just started talking. My husband and I didn't even realize who he was because he failed to introduce himself or say hello. He literally walked in and started going on using only medical jargon, read from a paper and didn't explain anything he was actually saying. Then he and the nurse walked out. No goodbye or asking us if we had follow up questions or anything. My husband and I were both so confused because we couldn't tell if the exam was over or what was going on because they both just left without a word. Worst experience I've had my whole pregnancy and I'm 37 weeks. The entire interaction was truly bizzarre.

Dr. Hume was wonderful and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns about my condition

The Dr was very short and dismissive. I was recommended to receive information about my care considering my genetic condition. Instead the Dr spent 45 min giving me knowledge I already had and provided to the doctored while in appointment. When I was given the chance to ask questions, he spoke over me and when I tried to stand up for myself and get my voice heard. Her scribbled something on a paper and shoved it over to me and told he "didn't know what else I needed."

I didn't see the doctor for no more then two minutes.

Dr Hume had been so spectacular to us with my husband. He's been so kind to us from the start of the appointment and he addressed all of our concerns very well coz we were really anxious about my case.
