Dr Ravilla was amazing, however the nurse does not answer the phone or return calls. This was an issue prior to my appointment when I called to inquire if I would need a third round of bloodwork for my third (re)scheduled appointment and then once I had been seen to inquire about no prescription being ordered.

Dr. Ravilla is by far the best physician I have ever had. While she's extremely knowledgeable, she takes the time to explain complex details in simple terms, always using appropriate terminology and analogies. She's willing to ask tough questions to help patients connect the dots with their health concerns. Even more, she takes her time when answering the patient's questions. I never feel like a number with her.
