My visit with Dr. Russell and [...] is always great I feel that the care and treatment is of the highest and I feel my doctors always care about me and the treatment they provide. The staff is the best at this office.

Dr. Russell is always careful because I have had so many bad reactions to medications. He has always told me he is very reluctant to try any new or different medications. He is always asking me about how they make me feel and do the benefits outweigh the side effects.

Dr. Russell is by far the best pain management doctor that I have seen since I first started having to be seen by pain management in 2007. He cares, always asks questions about how you have been, if you have had any new problems or if your existing issues have gotten worse or better. He don't mind taking the time to listen to you about any problems or concerns that you may have. I don't feel like I am just being rushed.
