Our Heart Rhythm Program, also known as the Electrophysiology Program, offers you the latest techniques and technologies to diagnose and treat heart rhythm disorders, also called arrythmias.

As the largest, most advanced and longest standing Heart Rhythm Program in and around Leon County, we offer patients everything they need to keep a steady, healthy heartbeat.

  • Diagnostic testing, including echocardiography, exercise stress testing
  • Remote monitoring using devices including holters, event monitors and loop recorders
  • Medical management
  • Pacemaker implantation and maintenance
  • Defibrillator implantation and maintenance
  • Atrial Fibrilation (AFib) and Device Clinics
  • Pulsed field ablation (PFA)
  • Radiofrequency ablation
  • Other advanced treatments for the most therapy-resistant cases of arrhythmia
  • Hybrid MAZE procedure
  • Left atrial appendage occlusion (WATCHMAN Procedure)

Your Care Team

As a patient of our Heart Rhythm Program, you’ll work with our skilled electrophysiology team to develop a plan of care that fits your unique needs. You care team may include:

  • Our four electrophysiologists: Dr. Venkata Bavikati, Dr. Farhat Khairallah and Dr. Gadi Silberman
  • Specialized electrophysiology nurse practitioners
  • Dedicated device nurses
  • Electrophysiology (EP) Lab nurses and technicians
  • Other allied healthcare colleagues
