Raffle Rules and Regulations

Only 1,250 tickets available. The winning ticket will be randomly drawn from submitted tickets on Sunday, October 27, 2024, at approximately 6:30 pm at District 850, 2662 Fleischmann Way, Tallahassee, FL 32308. You do not have to be present to win. Winner must claim vehicle from The Proctor Dealerships by 12/31/2024; otherwise, winner forfeits the car. Before taking possession of the vehicle, all applicable sales & income taxes, registration fees & licensing must be paid by the winner. Winner must be 18 years of age or older. Winner must have proof of car insurance. Winner is solely responsible for his/her own actions & agrees not to hold the TMH Foundation or The Proctor Dealerships liable in connection with winning the car or other prizes. This is not a tax-deductible donation. Suggested minimum price is $125 per ticket. A copy of the TMH Foundation's official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Division of Consumer Services by calling toll-free within the state, 1-800-HELP-FLA. Registration does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the State. To obtain a free raffle ticket, take a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 2373 West Tennessee Street, Tallahassee, FL 32304, on September 30, 2024, between 10:15 and 10:45 am. Limit one free ticket per household. You cannot pick up a ticket for another person.
