Our mission is to provide outstanding training for Family Medicine residents by delivering excellent patient care in an atmosphere of mutual support and trust. TMH FMRP has done this across North Florida and South Georgia for over 50 years; I am thrilled you have chosen to learn more about our program.
As program director, I am proud of our comprehensive training and our dedicated, interdisciplinary faculty group with clinical backgrounds in family medicine, pediatrics, pharmacy, midwifery, internal medicine, obstetrics, and social work, and with additional expertise in palliative-, hospital-, adolescent-, addiction-, and HIV medicine-- among other things! We serve a diverse patient population and offer a broad spectrum of clinical experiences, ensuring that our residents are prepared to meet the challenges of modern healthcare. Our graduates are caring, competent, and confident family physicians ready to excel in a variety of healthcare settings and be leaders in the field.
