Know Where To Go
When you aren’t feeling well, it’s important to know where to go to receive quality care as fast as possible. We offer all levels of care, ranging from 12 Primary Care clinics to four Urgent Care Centers and two Emergency Rooms.

Every person should have a dedicated primary care physician who can provide routine check-ups, sick appointments and nursing triage over the phone.

- Sports/school physicals
- Medication refills
- Vaccinations
- Sick appointments
Please note: Patients who have been discharged in the last 30 days and do not have a primary care provider or need to be seen quickly can receive treatment at the TMH Transition Center.
