Our Structural Heart Program focuses on treating diseases related to the heart’s valves, walls and chambers. It’s the only program like it in our region, bringing the most advanced procedures used to fix the heart without ever having to open the chest right here to North Florida and South Georgia.

  • Heart valve disease

Our team is also active in clinical trials to introduce new treatment options for patients with other forms of structural heart disease, like tricuspid regurgitation (TR).

To determine if a Structural Heart procedure is the right fit for you, we'd first like to see you in our Valve Clinic at TMH Physician Partners, Services by Southern Medical Group. Your primary care provider or cardiologist can refer you to the clinic.

Structural Heart Doctors

Our Structural Heart Program brings together experts from multiple specialties to collaborate on your care. Depending on your care plan, your care team may include:

  • Interventional cardiologists
  • Cardiologists
  • Heart surgeons
  • Anesthesiologists
  • Cardiac imaging specialists
  • Structural heart patient navigator
  • Other allied care providers including, nurse practitioners, physician associates, nurses and more

Your Structural Heart Team will work with you to create a custom care plan to fit your unique needs.

How to Get a Referral
