At Tallahassee Memorial, our goal is to provide high-quality patient-centered care. That’s why we have colleagues to ensure our patients’ stays are as comfortable as possible, and families understand their loved ones’ individualized care plans. 

Our Orthopedic Nurse Navigator helps patients and their families navigate through the complex medical system, and provides education regarding what to expect while in the hospital and what’s to come in their recovery once discharged. They are a resource to not only to patients and their families, but also our providers, clinicians and comprehensive orthopedic care team.
