Home to the only Comprehensive Stroke Center and Neuro ICU in the region, the Vogter Neuro ICU provides unparalleled care for patients who receive complex and advanced neurological and neurosurgical care. Tallahassee Memorial’s neurosurgeons, neurologists and specialty clinics provide individualized treatment options for everything from advanced stroke care, aneurysms and traumatic brain injuries (TBI) to epilepsy/seizures, car accident victims and acute neurological and orthopedic trauma.

Karen carries on her husband Mark’s legacy through the Tallahassee Tennis Challenger, which has raised more than $1 million for an endowment supporting the Vogter Neuro Intensive Care Unit (VNICU). Karen has been tournament director since 2004.
