Pharmacy Residency Program Application Process

ASHP Residency Matching Program Number: 124613

Applications must be submitted online through the PhORCAS system.

A completed application package includes:

• Official transcript from College of Pharmacy
• Completed online Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare application
• Three reference writers (Reference writers must submit through PhORCAS)
• Letter of intent
• Curriculum vitae
• An on-site interview is required for all selected applicants. If unable to perform in-person interviews, a virtual interview process will be employed.
• Candidates must register with the National Matching Services in order to be ranked

All applications must be submitted and completed in PhORCAS by January 7, 2022.
